Had my first ever real Yoga session under good supervision this morning, and goodness, it was fabulous. I still feel so very *aware* of my body, if that makes any sense at all. Lovely. We were just 3 people, and hence all got lots of attention and correction, and that was great. It was odd to let someone touch me for the first time in ages, and be so close to other people, too (did some partnered excercises) but it felt great and made me realize again how essential touch is to feeling good.

In any way, I'll definitely make sure to get to both classes on offer, I really want to keep this up. If one 90 minute session makes me feel like this - what will doing this regularly make me feel like? :)
