Oh the pleasurable pain after a good Pump session. Surprisingly enough, I am only sore in my arms, shoulders and between my shoulder blades. And it feels great. I'll get the adorable shoulders & arms back that I used to have. The shoulders that Ev well in lust with :).
Thankfully, my legs feel ok, so I will, without a doubt, be able to handle spinning tonight, not too shabs.
